Insurance & Payment
Insurance:
We welcome Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Medcost, Oxford, Oscar Health, Private Pay, and United Healthcare as payment options. It's important to note that while we accept these providers, we cannot assure that your services will be fully covered. If you have any inquiries about your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance company for clarification.
We do not accept BCBS ACA Plans, Blue Home, Blue Value, or Blue Local insurance plans.
Payment:
We welcome various payment methods, including all major credit cards, cash, Cash App, FSA (Flexible Spending Account), and HSA (Health Savings Account).
Please don't hesitate to fill out our contact form to inquire about our private pay and life coaching rates.
Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy:
We kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, please access the client portal. If you don't find the cancelation option within the portal, the 24-hour notice period has passed, and we will charge the full session fee to your card on file for the missed appointment. Failure to provide notice is considered a "NO SHOW" and may impact your ability to schedule future appointments.
If there is severe weather, clients scheduled for in-person sessions will receive an email notification 60 minutes before their appointment, informing them if their session will be conducted virtually instead.
Good Faith Estimate “No Surprises Act”:
Under the law, healthcare organizations must give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare organization gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare organization and any other organization you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
